Student Mentoring Program

The PLA Mentoring Scheme is a formal process, which links industry professionals with tertiary education students through workshops, seminars and individual mentoring serviced through web-based contacts and personal meetings. The scheme links students with industry practitioners who will share an industry understanding of issues and constraints experienced in gaining employment and advancement in one of the many leisure industry sectors. Individual mentors enable students to explore often misunderstood issues at a personal level.
